Return Policy

 

At Sew Much Fun, our biggest goal is to have all customers open their orders with a smile. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you! Use the return form to send your items back to us. 

Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:

  • Items can be returned for store credit only. Most of the time this will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
  • All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
  • Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • All masks purchased are FINAL SALE.
  • All sale items are FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

Exchanges

We do offer exchanges for the SAME item but in a different SIZE! An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 5-7 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a gift card code. Personalized items are not eligible for exchange.

We know that ordering things online can be a gamble since you can’t touch the items or try anything on, and because of that we try our best to be very return-friendly. However, as in life, there are certain rules that must be followed so that we can help you out!

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! The SMF Girls are always trying to beat their records, which means they pack and ship orders fast! Once they initially process your order in the warehouse (usually within 2-4 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order. This is especially important on all personalized orders placed.
